Terms and conditions


The Arla Shop is operated by Baxx Promotion A/S. All enquiries regarding purchases, products, orders, or complaints should be addressed to Baxx Promotion.

A purchase agreement is not binding until you have received an order confirmation from the Arla Shop. The Arla Shop does not keep a copy of the order confirmation after it has been forwarded to the customer.


You may order items by selecting the products you want to purchase and placing them in the shopping basket on your computer screen. Click on “Go to your basket”. You will then see the contents of your basket, and you may review your order, change the quantities, or remove items.

Choose the country of delivery.
Read and accept the terms and conditions of sale, and click on “Proceed to checkout”. Here you key in the following information: name, invoicing address, email, telephone, and delivery address if different from the invoicing address.

You then see an order summary including invoicing and delivery information. Verify that the information is correct. Click on “Change order” if you need to change anything. Then click “Confirm purchase”. You will now be transferred to the payment page. Enter your payment card information, and click “Complete the transaction”.  An order receipt will be shown on the display screen.

When your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email showing which products you have ordered. We recommend that you save the confirmation, perhaps by printing it.


All prices are shown in euros (EUR) inclusive of 25 % Danish VAT. The price shown at the time of order is the applicable order price.

Reservations are made regarding keying errors, pricing errors, changes of VAT and duties, sold-out items, and failing delivery from our suppliers.


All orders are shipped via DHL/GLS at a fixed price regardless of the order size.
Shipment within EU (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands) costs EUR 15.
Delivery to the rest of the world costs EUR 30.
The courier service includes two attempts to deliver. After the first attempt to deliver, you will be asked to contact the courier to schedule a new delivery or to arrange for a pickup at the nearest warehouse.

If you return a product because you regret the purchase, you must pay all shipment costs.

The payment for your order is not debited your account until the products are shipped from our warehouse


All orders are processed and shipped from the Arla Shop warehouse no later than 2 working days after the receipt of the order. If, contrary to expectation, we are not able to ship in time, we will inform you via email.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with track and trace information so you may track the shipment.


If you wish to cancel or change an order already placed, please contact customer service as soon as possible at or by telephoning + 45 96 27 27 00. Preferably, use reply to sender when viewing the order confirmation you received via email and insert the word “Cancellation” in the subject line. Customer service will help you change your order – however, ONLY if the products have not yet been shipped. If the products have already been shipped, you may use your right of return. There is a 14 days right of return.  


As a private consumer, you have a 14 days right of return when you buy from the Arla Shop. After this you have 14 days to return the product to us. The right of return in contingent upon the products being returned in the same condition and the same quantity they were received by you. If the sales value of the product is reduced because you have used the product, we will deduct the estimated value from the amount we debit you. You lose your right of return if the product is damaged or deteriorated because of lacking or insufficient packing.

You may exercise your right of return by refusing acceptance of the shipment or by returning the products to the Arla Shop. Returns to our address may only be made following prior agreement.

If you return a product because you regret the purchase you must pay all shipment costs.  If you wish to exercise your right of return, you must do so within 14 days of the receipt of the product.

In case you wish to exercise the right of return, we kindly ask that you notify us by email to in order for us to expedite your return.

When we have received the returned product and verified that it meets the conditions of right of return, the full purchase amount will be refunded through the same payment method as used for the purchase. This may take up to 14 days.


When you buy from the Arla Shop, you have 2 years right of complaint according to the Danish Sales of Goods Act. This means that you may either have the product repaired or your money returned depending on the actual situation.

The right of complaint means that you may complain over defects and faults that appear within 2 years of the receipt of the product. Damages to the product due to operating errors, handling errors, modifications, or gross misuse by the user are not covered by the right of complaint. This includes applying a wrong voltage to any of the components of the product.

Complaints regarding defects and faults must be reported to the Arla Shop within a reasonable time from the receipt of the product. Please send an email to with a description of the problem.

Products returned COD or without postage will not be accepted by the Arla Shop. If defective or incorrect products are returned to the Arla Shop and the defect or fault as described by the customer cannot be verified, the product will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be charged a testing fee.


All products returned to the Arla Shop must be adequately packaged.

We recommend that the product be shipped as parcel post. This way, it is possible to track the parcel, and it eliminates any doubt as to whether the product was delivered to the Arla Shop. Furthermore, the customer may initiate a search or receive compensation if the parcel was not delivered.

The same terms and conditions apply as for consumers – however, with the following modifications:
• There is no right of return for businesses
• The right of complaint is for a duration of 1 year from the date of invoice. Exchange or repair does not trigger a new 1 year right of complaint.


When you use the Arla Shop, you accept our personal data policy and use of cookies.

When you visit our website, you are completely anonymous.  We receive no data that may identify you. We can only record your email address if you give it to us yourself. This happens if you buy from the website or sign up for our newsletter. Your name, your email address, etc. will NEVER be passed on to or sold to third parties.

All cookies used by the Arla Shop website are fully legal and only used to improve user friendliness.  No cookies are forwarded or sold to third parties.

We only record that you have visited our website, which pages you have viewed, and how often etc. The information about all the users’ browsing habits is consolidated for the purpose of optimising our website. Thus, we do not obtain information that specifically pertains to your individual use of the Arla Shop.

Avoid cookies
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. In your browser settings, you may always check which information a given website has saved about you and delete this information. If you do not want your browser to save cookies, you may set the browser to block cookies permanently.
